探讨原发性肝癌与人类白细胞抗原(Human Leukocyte Antigen,HLA)Ⅰ类基因系统多态性之间的关系。采用微量淋巴细胞毒方法,对31例诊断明确的原发性肝癌患者和40例无血缘关系的健康汉族人进行研究。结果表明原发性肝癌组HLA—B8抗原频率较对照组显著增加(RR=30.15,P<0.01)。结论HLA—B8为原发性肝癌的易感基因,其可能与原发性肝癌致病基因连锁不平衡或直接作为免疫应答基因而导致原发性肝癌的发生。
To explore the relationship between primary liver cancer and human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I gene polymorphism. Thirty-one patients diagnosed with primary liver cancer and 40 unrelated healthy Han people were studied using the method of micro-cytotoxicity. The results showed that the frequency of HLA-B8 antigen in the primary liver cancer group was significantly higher than that in the control group (RR=30.15, P<0.01). Conclusion HLA-B8 is a susceptibility gene for primary hepatocellular carcinoma, which may be caused by linkage disequilibrium with the pathogenic gene of primary hepatocellular carcinoma or directly as an immune response gene and lead to the occurrence of primary liver cancer.
