碲中硒的测定,一般采用硒试剂-甲苯萃取光度法,邻苯二胺-甲苯萃取光度法。作者选用了2,3-二氨基萘为硒的显色剂,以EDTA-2Na为掩蔽剂,建立了一个选择性高不用有机溶剂、准确的测定碲中硒的新方法。作者只见到利用该试剂测定钢铁中硒及萤光法测定海水中微量硒,但具体条件做得较少,本文对分析条件做了较为细致的研究。一试剂 2,3-二氨基萘溶液(0.1%):称取0.10克2,3-二氨基萘溶于50毫升0.1N盐酸溶液中,在沸水浴中加热5分钟、充分搅拌后加50毫升0.1N盐酸溶液,用慢速定量滤纸滤入茶色瓶中,有效期一周。
Determination of selenium in tellurium, the general use of selenium reagent - toluene extraction spectrophotometry, o-phenylenediamine - toluene extraction spectrophotometry. The author chose 2,3-diaminonaphthalene as a selenium developer, EDTA-2Na as a screening agent to establish a selective high without organic solvents, a new method for accurate determination of tellurium in selenium. In this paper, a more detailed study on the analytical conditions was made. A reagent 2,3-diaminonaphthalene solution (0.1%): Weigh 0.10 g of 2,3-diaminonaphthalene was dissolved in 50 ml of 0.1N hydrochloric acid solution, heated in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes, stir and add 50 ml 0.1N hydrochloric acid solution, filtered with slow quantitative filter paper brown bottle, valid for one week.
