遗传性痉挛性截瘫是一种以进行性的双下肢痉挛性无力为主要特征的疾病。我们于1983年发现一大家系19例患者,2例可疑患者。除对患者进行诊断治疗外,重点进行了家系调查染色体检查及遗传学分析,现报告如下:
