水稻是雌雄同花,花器小,开花时间短,杂交多于田间进行,易受不良天气的影响,在杂交操作困难、时间短的条件下,测配大量的组合,主要取决于杂交的工作效率。尤其没有温室和其它先进设备,人力又有限的育种单位,以现有的杂交技术,要做较多的杂交组合,杂交工作效率就显得更加重要。如何在现有的设备、人力、技术等条件下提高水稻杂交的效率,多做组合,更快地培育出适应当地生产条件的水稻优良品种,是当前很多水稻育种工作者共同关心的一个问题。
Rice is a monoecious flower with small plants, short flowering time, more crossings than the field and susceptible to adverse weather conditions. Large numbers of combinations are measured under difficult and time-consuming hybridization conditions, depending on the efficiency of the hybridization . In particular, there is no greenhouse and other advanced equipment, manpower and limited breeding units, with the existing hybridization technology, to do more hybrid combinations, hybrid work efficiency is even more important. How to improve the efficiency of rice hybridization under the existing equipment, manpower, technology and other conditions and make more combinations to cultivate better rice varieties that adapt to local production conditions is a common concern of many rice breeders at present.
