在有机溶剂(NH4F+水+丙三醇)体系电解液中,采用电化学阳极氧化法在钛片表面制备了高度有序的TiO_2纳米管阵列,主要研究了电解液温度和阳极氧化时间对TiO_2纳米管结构和表面形貌的影响,观察到TiO_2纳米管的形貌,包括内径、壁厚和长度,随实验条件呈现规律性改变。所得的TiO_2纳米管阵列在450℃退火后可得到锐钛矿相。随着阳极氧化电解液温度的升高,TiO_2纳米管阵列的结晶度有所提高。通过在紫外光的照射下降解亚甲基蓝水溶液评价其光催化活性,分析了制备条件对TiO_2纳米管阵列的光催化性能的影响,得出材料形貌是否规整是影响光催化性能的重要因素。
In the organic solvent (NH4F + water + glycerol) system electrolyte, the electrochemical anodic oxidation method was used to prepare a highly ordered TiO 2 nanotube array on the surface of titanium. The effects of electrolyte temperature and anodization time on TiO 2 nano Tube structure and surface morphology, the morphology of TiO 2 nanotubes was observed, including the inner diameter, wall thickness and length, which showed regular changes with the experimental conditions. The resulting TiO 2 nanotube arrays annealed at 450 ° C gave anatase phase. With the temperature of the anolyte increased, the crystallinity of the TiO 2 nanotube arrays increased. The photocatalytic activity of TiO 2 nanotubes array was evaluated by photocatalytic activity degradation of methylene blue aqueous solution under irradiation of UV light. It is concluded that the regularity of the material morphology is an important factor affecting the photocatalytic performance.
