参数设置和测试条件对库尔特Multisizer3粒度分析仪的测试结果有直接影响.实验以电解液Na Cl浓度、电流与增益(Current and Gain)、测试时间、测试体积、颗粒个数为研究因数,以平均粒径和峰值粒径为研究指标.得到,电解液Na Cl浓度增加,平均粒径值增加,在0.9%时最接近标准值;随着增益的增加和电流的减小,平均粒径值先增加后减小,在-1 600×2时达到最大,优选值为-800×4;测试时间增加,平均粒径变化较小,在60 s时最接近标准值;测试体积与平均粒径值呈负相关,优选1 000μL;随着测试颗粒数的增加,平均粒径整体减小,优选值为20 000;峰值粒径较为稳定只有电流与增益的改变才会影响其数值的变化.
