我院刘亚宁发明的“多用途高精度超微弱发光探测仪”已申报专利。 本发明是测定各类超微弱发光的多功能探测装置。 发明采用了单光子计数技术;并针对化学发光生物发光测量重复性差的通病,设置了正交归一化的光路和简洁有效的同步加样系统,大大提高了超微弱发光测量的精度。经中国计量科学研究标定,本发明灵敏度达10~(-16)W,测定低水平化学发光时重复性好(n=20时,变异系数为6.24%),非线性误差为±3.7%。主要指标均优于国外八十年代同类产品。
Liu Yaning hospital invented the “multi-purpose high-precision ultra-weak light detector” has declared a patent. The present invention is a multifunctional detection device for measuring various ultra-weak luminescence. The invention adopts the single-photon counting technique. In order to overcome the poor repeatability of the chemiluminescent bioluminescence measurement, an orthogonally normalizing optical path and a simple and effective synchronous sampling system are provided, which greatly improves the accuracy of ultra-weak luminescence measurement. The sensitivity of the present invention is 10 ~ (-16) W measured by Chinese metrology scientific research. The repeatability is good at low level chemiluminescence (coefficient of variation is 6.24% at n = 20) and the nonlinear error is ± 3.7%. The main indicators are better than similar foreign products of the eighties.
