提高油茶的产量,除了增加单位面积上茶果的数量以外,还要增加每个茶果的含油量。因此,研究油茶种子在成熟过程中各种有机成分的轉化和油分积累的过程是很有意义的。关于油茶种仁含油量,有不少单位已进行过一些研究,他們着重从采摘茶果时間的迟早、晒果场地的选择、种子貯藏期的长短、榨油技术的改进等方面来探討。但是对油茶种仁成熟过程中的有机物貭消长及油分的累积方面,尚缺乏研究。本文拟对油茶种仁在“七月长果,八月长油”期內,其碳水化合物与油分积累的相关关系,作一初步的探討。
To increase the yield of camellia, in addition to increasing the quantity of tea fruit per unit area, it is also necessary to increase the oil content of each tea fruit. Therefore, the study of Camellia oleifera seeds in the maturation process of the conversion of various organic components and oil accumulation process is of great significance. On the oil content of Camellia oleifera, many units have conducted some research, they focus on picking tea time sooner or later, the selection of sun-drying venues, seed storage period, the extraction of oil technology to improve and so on to explore. However, there is still a lack of research on the growth and the accumulation of organic matter during the ripening of Camellia oleifera seeds. In this paper, we will make a tentative discussion on the relationship between the accumulation of carbohydrates and oil in Camellia seed kernels during the period of “July Long March and August Long March”.
