近几年来,农村幼儿教育逐步得到重视和发展,师资队伍建设也得到了加强,但存在的问题仍旧不少,尤其是农村幼儿教师的形象问题更为突出。笔者这里想结合自己的调查情况,略抒管见。一、目前农村幼儿教师形象的现状及成因目前农村幼儿教师形象不佳的问题,主要表现在三个方面:一是职业目的模糊。据对某乡33名农村幼儿教师的调查情况看,因能照顾家庭、又能拿到工资而选择这个职业的占75%,而真正能够理解这项职业使命的仅占10%。二是外在形象不佳。不少教师不注意
