长征沿线的历史文化价值正得到不断发掘,长征沿线的“物质文明”与“精神文明”建设同样重要,沿线区域性贫困对物质文化与精神文化建设形成强大约束。应当将长征沿线两翼地区纳入国家扶贫战略,对长征沿线地区开展持续的综合性扶贫具有十分重要的现实意义与历史意义。实施长征沿线国家扶贫战略,消除长征沿线区域性贫困,最终实现人民的共同富裕,是当年中国工农红军流血牺牲所追求的目标,也是社会主义的本质要求和社会主义制度优越性的具体体现。
The historical and cultural values along the long march are being constantly explored. Along the long march, “material civilization ” and “spiritual civilization ” building are equally important. The regional poverty along the line has formed a strong constraint on the material and spiritual culture. The inclusion of the two wings areas along the long march into the national strategy for poverty alleviation should have great practical and historical significance for carrying out sustained and comprehensive poverty alleviation in areas along the long march. The implementation of the national anti-poverty strategy along the march to eliminate regional poverty along the long march and finally realize the common prosperity of the people is the goal pursued by the bloodshed and sacrifice of the Red Guards of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants that year. It is also a concrete manifestation of the essential requirements of socialism and the superiority of the socialist system.
