随着社会经济发展,时代变革,现今社会对高职院校人才素养的要求也与日俱增。高职院校市场营销专业,对于人才培养也相应提出新的改进措施。人才培养的质量评价不仅是对高职院校学生综合实力的考评,也是高职院校不断改进教学水平的重要内容。人才培养的质量评价标准应与时俱进,根据社会对市营专业要求变动。各高职院校应注重对人才的培养分析,建立健全完善的市场营销人才培养质量评价体系。
With the socio-economic development and the changes of the times, the demands of the society for the quality of human resources in higher vocational colleges are also increasing day by day. Higher vocational colleges and marketing professionals, for personnel training also proposed new improvements accordingly.
