人才是石油企业最重要的资源,培养和提高员工对企业的组织认同可以增强员工的组织归属感,推进组织目标的实现,使企业在激烈的石油市场竞争中处于优势。提高石油企业员工组织认同的措施主要有:改进招聘方式;完善激励机制;重视人力资源战略规划;重视组织公平管理;培育独特的企业文化。
Talent is the most important resource for oil enterprises. To cultivate and improve employees ’identification with enterprises can enhance employees’ sense of belonging to the organization and promote the realization of organizational goals so that enterprises can take advantage of the fierce competition in the oil market. Measures to improve the identification of employees in petroleum enterprises include: improving recruitment methods; perfecting incentive mechanism; emphasizing strategic planning of human resources; attaching importance to the organization of fair management; nurturing a unique corporate culture.
