油井结垢是影响强碱化学驱技术应用的主要问题。强碱化学驱采出井结垢形态根据油层地质条件的不同而表现出不同的特征。通过对结垢井的采出液离子变化特征的分析,确定出强碱化学驱采出井结垢判定标准,总结了强碱化学驱油井结垢规律,针对不同结垢阶段采取清防垢措施,有效地延长了强碱化学驱油井的运转周期,平均运转周期达到300天以上。
Oil well scaling is the main problem affecting the application of strong alkaline chemical flooding technology. The strong alkali chemical flooding production well fouling morphology shows different characteristics according to the geological conditions of the oil layer. Based on the analysis of the characteristic of ion production in fouling well, the criterion of fouling in strong alkali chemical flooding production well was determined. The fouling rules of strong alkali chemical flooding well were summarized, and the scale fouling prevention measures were taken in different fouling stages. Effectively extend the operating cycle of strong alkali chemical well, the average operating cycle of more than 300 days.
