学习动机是指直接推动学生学习的一种内部动力,是激励和指引学生学习的一种需要。本文介绍了班杜拉关于自我效能感理论,分析了自我效能感对于学习的作用及其形成的影响因素,并提出了该理论激发大学生学习动机的应用策略。
Learning motivation refers to an internal motivation that directly promotes student learning and is a requirement for motivating and guiding students to learn. This paper introduces the theory of self-efficacy of Bandura, analyzes the effect of self-efficacy on learning and its influencing factors, and puts forward the application of the theory to motivate students’ learning motivation.
