研究了 PEG- 6 0 0 0胁迫下两种生态型芦苇胚性愈伤组织游离脯氨酸含量的变化及外源 ABA对其变化的影响。结果表明 :在 10 %~ 30 % PEG的胁迫下脯氨酸迅速积累 ,沙生芦苇胚性愈伤组织 (SREC)的积累量明显高于水生芦苇胚性愈伤组织 (WREC)。施加 10μmol/ L ABA后 WREC的脯氨酸含量大幅度升高 ,但对 SREC的影响较小。
The changes of free proline content in embryogenic callus of two ecotypes of Reed (Phragmites communis) under PEG-6000 stress and the effect of exogenous ABA on it were studied. The results showed that under the stress of 10% ~ 30% PEG, the accumulation of proline quickly increased, and the accumulation of embryogenic callus (SREC) of A. reesei was significantly higher than that of WREC. After adding 10μmol / L ABA, the content of proline in WREC increased significantly, but had little effect on SREC.
