先行组织者是美国教育心理学家奥苏贝尔提出的一个教育心理学的重要概念。在阅读教学中,运用先行组织者可以实现学生认知行为或技能的有效转变。本文介绍了“先行组织者”的理论,并将此理论应用在初中英语阅读教学中,探讨了构建合理的“先行组织者”对学生认知结构的影响及促进作用。
The first organizer is an important concept of educational psychology put forward by Ausubel, the American educational psychologist. In reading teaching, the use of advanced organizers can achieve an effective change of students’ cognitive behavior or skills. This paper introduces the theory of “pioneer organizer”, and applies this theory to junior high school English reading teaching. It explores the influence and promotion of building a reasonable “advanced organizer” on the cognitive structure of students.
