随着经济的发展和社会的进步,人们的衣食水平不断提高,相应地,住房水平也应逐步提高。但是,由于市场经济利益的驱动,我国大量的土地被承包商开采建设商品房,使房价大大提高,远远超出普通人民的实际支付能力,加之我国保障性住房的行政法本身不够完善、其行政行为中存在诸多缺陷、申请制度又不合理等弊端,导致我国居民住房需求不能得到实际满足的窘状。为改变这一窘状,我们就要出台相应的政策完善保障性住房的行政法,以促进其行政行为不断完善、申请制度不断健全。
With the economic development and social progress, people’s food and clothing levels continue to increase, and accordingly, the level of housing should also be gradually increased. However, driven by the market economy, a large amount of our country’s land is being explored by contractors to build commercial housing. As a result, house prices have risen far beyond the actual affordability of ordinary people. In addition, the administrative law of our country’s affordable housing is not perfect in itself. There are many defects in the application system is not reasonable and other drawbacks, leading to the residents of housing demand can not be satisfied with the actual embarrassment. In order to change this embarrassment, we must promulgate the corresponding policies to improve the administrative law on affordable housing so as to promote the continuous improvement of its administrative actions and continuously improve the application system.
