目的探讨心理咨询的来询者和陪询者对心理咨询的知晓率和态度。方法2008年10月上旬2周连续调查来自到咨询中心咨询的来询者及陪询者共178人。采用现场调查,使用自行设计一般情况问卷(性别、年龄、文化、婚姻、职业等)及自行设计的心理咨询知晓率及态度调查问卷。分别由来询者与陪询者进行填写,每个问题中有3个选择答案,调查者从中选择最适合自己的答案。结果知晓率:来询者和陪询者中77.45%对心理咨询了解或稍有了解;78.6%知道或者听说过心理卫生常识。态度:64%的来询者和陪询者认为有精神疾病或者心理疾病时应该进行心理咨询看心理医生;60%的来询者和陪询者仍担心别人知道或者怕人议论。结论大多数来询者或者陪询者了解和稍有心理咨询及心理卫生知识,对心理咨询或看心理医生的态度在变化,并逐步开始接受。
Objective To explore the psychological consultation counselors and companions on psychological counseling awareness and attitude. Methods In the first two weeks of October 2008, a total of 178 inquiries and consultants from the consulting center were investigated for 2 weeks. The survey was conducted by using the self-designed questionnaire of general situation (gender, age, culture, marriage, occupation, etc.) and self-designed psychological consultation awareness and attitude questionnaire. Respectively by the caller and companion to fill in, each question has 3 choice answer, the surveyor choose the most suitable answer. Results of awareness: 77.45% of consultants and companions for psychological counseling to understand or a little understanding; 78.6% know or have heard of mental health knowledge. Attitude: 64% of consultants and interviewers think mental illness or mental illness should consult psychiatrists; 60% of consultants and interviewees are still worried about people who know or are afraid to talk about. Conclusions Most of the interviewees or companions knew and had little psychological counseling and mental health knowledge, and their attitudes toward psychological counseling or seeing a psychiatrist were changing and gradually began to be accepted.
