本文提出了一种泄压储能系统来实现柴油机的高增压,从而提高柴油机的平均有效压力.文中介绍了泄压储压能系统的工作原理,对该系统高增压时运行参数和结构参数进行了估算和优化.经单缸柴油机模拟增压台架上试验表明:泄压储能系统可以实现高增压柴油机的近似等压燃烧,它可以按工况自动选择合适的压缩比.
In this paper, a pressure relief energy storage system is proposed to achieve high supercharging of a diesel engine, so as to increase the average effective pressure of a diesel engine.The working principle of the pressure relief storage and pressure system is introduced in this paper. The operating parameters and structure of the system under high supercharging pressure The parameters were estimated and optimized.Experiments on a single-cylinder diesel engine to simulate the pressurization bench show that the pressure relief energy storage system can achieve the approximate equal-pressure combustion of the high-pressured diesel engine and can automatically select the appropriate compression ratio according to the working conditions.
