随着新农村城镇化建设的深入,基层财政问题已经成为阻碍发展的新问题,本文在讨论当前乡镇财政所存在的主要问题的基础上,分析了出现问题的原因,提出了规范乡镇财政的措施。
With the deepening of urbanization in new rural areas, grassroots financial problems have become a new problem that hinders development. Based on the discussion of the main problems existing in township finance, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward the measures to regulate the financial affairs of townships .
