星火计划是中国科技界一个伟大创举,星火密集区的兴起,是星火计划持续、健康、深入发展的一个重要标志。截至1993年底,全国已建45个星火密集区,新的星火密集区还在不断涌现,已建成的有很好的经验,草创的正在积极探索,拟建的需要借鉴。为了推动星火密集区的建设与发展,本刊从本期开始开辟“星火技术密集区”一栏,陆续介绍各星火密集区的情况,以飨读者。
The Spark Program is a great initiative of the Chinese science and technology community. The rise of Spark-intensive areas is an important symbol of the continuous, healthy and in-depth development of the Spark Program. By the end of 1993, 45 spark-intensive areas had been built across the country, and the new spark-intensive area was still emerging. The built-up areas had very good experience. Grassroots was actively exploring and the proposed construction needed to be used for reference. In order to promote the construction and development of Spark-intensive areas, the magazine has opened up the “Sparks Technology-Intensive Area” column from this issue, and has introduced the conditions of the Spark-intensive areas one after another to the readers.
