配血不合在临床中时有发生,为保证病人的输血安全,应查明原因和采取有效措施防治。本文报道1例恶性淋巴瘤患者血清中含高效价抗-Ⅰ引起配血不合,现报告如下。1病例简介患者李××,男,60岁,主诉头晕、食欲不振、四肢乏力近2个月。经B超、CT、钡灌检查,显示右下腹腔实性包块,拟行手术。既往无输血史。查体:中度贫血貌,肝脾未触及,巩膜无黄染,右下腹压痛。实验室检查:输血前WBC21.8×109/L、RBCl.
