目的:研究细胞周期素Dl(cyclin D1 gene,CCNDl)G870A单核苷酸多态性与中国南方地区儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患病危险性的关系。方法:应用聚合酶链反应一限制性片段长度多态性对346例中国南方地区白血病儿童患者和520例健康对照进行基因分型。结果:在病例和对照中CCNDl G870A分布频率无差异。在对白血病免疫分型及危险度分层分析中,该基因分布频率亦无明显的差异。结论:CCNDl G870A基因多态性与中国南方儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患病风险无明显的相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the G870A single nucleotide polymorphism of cyclin D1 gene (CCND1) and the prevalence of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia in southern China. Methods: A total of 346 cases of leukemia children and 520 healthy controls in southern China were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism. RESULTS: There was no difference in the frequency of CCND1 G870A distribution between cases and controls. In the leukemia immunophenotyping and risk stratification analysis, the gene distribution frequency there was no significant difference. Conclusion: There is no significant correlation between the CCND1 G870A polymorphism and the prevalence of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia in southern China.
