本文研究了以稀土金属和镁对铸铁复合处理的影响。试验铁水用碱性感应电炉МГП—52熔化,炉料由铸造生铁、高强度铸铁回炉料、废钢(牌号 y8A)、75硅铁和电极组成。金属在炉内过热到1550℃,保温10~15分钟,冷却到变质处理温度,即在1350~1550℃范围内,每隔50℃为一变质处理温度。铁水放入25和50公斤的浇包中。稀土金属和镁是以硅钇混合稀土金属和 Ni—Mg 中间合金以及专门熔制的含有这些元素的合金形式加入铁
In this paper, the effects of rare earth metals and magnesium on cast iron composites were studied.
