《工友》编辑部:我是一家私营企业的车间主任兼工会主席。2002年12月,市工会组织到外地召开工会工作现场经验交流会议,通知我参加会议。我向公司负责人请假,他同意我安排好工作后参加会议。但到月底领工资时,企业按事假规定扣发了我的工资和全勤奖。我与公司负责人进行了交涉,但没有结果。请问这合理吗? 林保国
“Coworkers” Editorial Department: I am a workshop manager and union chair of a privately owned company. In December 2002, the municipal trade union organized a field exchange meeting for the work of trade unions in the field to inform me to attend the meeting. I took a leave of absence from the head of the company and he agreed to attend the meeting after I arranged my work.
