政党治理系统由“硬件”要素和“软件”要素两部分构成。其中硬件要素包括组织规模、组织结构、组织制度等;软件要素涵盖政党文化、政党执行力、政党核心竞争力等。政党治理的“硬件”要素和“软件”要素之间彼此关联、相互影响。本文主要就政党文化、政党执行力等几个软件要素与政党组织规模这一硬件要素的内在关系进行初步探讨。
The system of party governance consists of two parts, the “hardware” element and the “software” element. The hardware elements include the size of the organization, the organizational structure, the organizational system, etc. The software elements cover the party culture, the executive power of the party and the core competitiveness of the party. The “hardware” and “software” elements of party governance are related to each other and influence each other. This article mainly discusses the inherent relationship between several software elements such as the party culture and the executive power of the party and the hardware elements of the size of the party organization.
