目的 :探讨轴索型格林巴利综合征 (GBS)兔模型血清中抗空肠弯曲菌脂多糖 (LPS) Ig G抗体的改变。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)方法检测注射 LPS后发病兔 3只 ,未发病兔 2 3只及对照组兔 1 0只血清中抗 LPS Ig G抗体滴度。结果 :发病兔血清中抗 LPS Ig G滴度最高 ,A值明显高于未发病兔组及对照组 ,P<0 .0 1。未发病兔组血清中抗 LPS Ig G抗体滴度也有升高 ,明显高于对照组 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :注射 LPS后可使兔体内产生抗 LPS Ig G抗体 ,而且产生抗 LPS Ig G抗体滴度越高者患轴索型 GBS可能性越大。
Objective: To investigate the changes of anti-G-CSF antibody in C. jejuni lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in sera of GBS rabbits. Methods: The anti-LPS Ig G antibody titers of 3 rabbits, 3 rabbits without disease and 10 rabbits with control rabbits were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The titer of anti-LPS IgG in the serum of infected rabbits was the highest, and the value of A was significantly higher than that of non-infected rabbits and controls (P <0.01). The serum levels of anti-LPS Ig G antibody in the uninfected rabbit group also increased, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Anti-LPS Ig G antibody can be produced in rabbits after injection of LPS, and the greater the titer of anti-LPS Ig G antibody is, the greater the possibility of axonal GBS is.
