随着时代的发展,在教育方面,中国越来越注重学生的素质教育。所谓素质教育,就是不仅要关注学生在学业中掌握知识的能力,同时还要关注学生学业以外的兴趣、爱好等的培养。在小学低年级,数学课堂上现在也主张分层教学。所谓的分层教学,也就是指在现有实行的班级授课制的制度下,不仅要注意到学生的共同学习能力和特点,同时还要关注学生个人的发展特点。毕竟每一个学生都有自己的特点,在面对具有差异性的学生,教师在课堂教学中要注意因材施教,在使整个班级学生共同提高的同时,也让每个学生的个性得到发展。主要针对小学低年级数学的分层教学模式进行分析。
