胎盘是妊娠母体与胎儿间进行物质交换的重要器官,正常胎盘随妊娠进展而体积增加,由于超声测定胎盘体积方法复查,胎盘厚度(placebtak Thickness,PT)易于测量,应用较多,近年国外已有人应用三维超声进行胎盘容积测量,国内有关胎盘研究仍着重于胎盘功能、血流等.本文应用二维超声对2458例正常妊娠15~42周测量胎盘厚度、双顶径(BPD),以探讨胎盘与孕龄(Cestational age,GA)、胎儿生长发育的关系.1 资料与方法1.1 资料来源:收集我院1995年1月~1997年12月门诊及住院的2458例单胎、无妊娠合并症及并发症,月经周期正常的妊娠妇女,年龄18~40岁,孕龄15~42周,每一孕周为一组.1.2 方法:采用日本SSD-500Aloka实时超声诊断仪,频率3.5MHZ,胎盘厚度及双顶径由专人操作测
