在河北杨营养繁殖中,单芽育苗技术要求简单,繁殖系数大。如结合硬枝扦插技术育苗,用剩下的梢部条进行繁殖,可以大大提高种条的利用率,加速河北杨繁育。我们从1982年起,连续几年在本院苗圃和固原县北海苗圃分别进行了河北杨单芽育苗试验。播芽一万个,平均成活率为60%,最高达88%,繁殖系数47,为埋条育苗的20—30倍,插条育苗的9—12倍。
