在恒温条件下,以菜豆饲养的美洲斑潜蝇(Liriomyza sativae Blanchard)幼虫为寄主,对芙新姬小蜂[Neochrysocharis formosa(Westwood)]的发育起点温度和有效积温进行测定。结果表明,在19、22、25、28、31℃恒温条件下,芙新姬小蜂各虫态的发育历期均随温度升高而缩短。依据有效积温法则计算出卵、幼虫、蛹和卵—成虫的发育起点温度分别为12.07、13.84、14.67、14.26℃,有效积温分别为33.01、45.17、79.00、154.19℃,并建立了各发育历期的预测式。
Under the condition of constant temperature, starting temperature and effective accumulated temperature of Neochrysocharis formosa (Westwood) were determined by larvae of Liriomyza sativae Blanchard fed on bean. The results showed that under the conditions of 19, 22, 25, 28, and 31 ℃, the developmental stages of the insects of Fuxinji were shortened with the increase of temperature. The starting temperature of eggs, larvae, pupae and eggs - adults was calculated as 12.07, 13.84, 14.67 and 14.26 ℃ respectively according to the effective accumulated temperature law. The effective accumulated temperatures were 33.01, 45.17, 79.00 and 154.19 ℃, respectively. Predictive.
