在防水材料研制中,一般采用石灰岩粉、轻质碳酸钙、粉煤灰等作隔热防水粉,而绝大部分防水粉产品都是以碳酸钙为原料,经表面改性而成的。即是采用一定粒度的无机矿物质粉体经各种憎水剂(表面改性剂)表面改性而成。 叶蜡石一向是作为耐火材料的原料,然而通过对叶蜡石物化性能研究后,发现叶蜡石粉体滑爽,流动性好,化学性质稳定,不仅其耐火度高,而且导热系数低,隔热保温性能好,其表面具有一定的疏水性,所以将叶蜡石作为隔热防水粉是一种理想的原料。
In the research and development of waterproof materials, limestone powder, light calcium carbonate, fly ash, etc. are generally used as heat-insulating waterproof powder, and most of the waterproof powder products are made of calcium carbonate as raw materials and modified by the surface. That is, the use of a certain degree of granularity of inorganic mineral powder is modified by the surface of various hydrophobic agents (surface modifiers). Pyrophyllite has always been used as a raw material for refractory materials. However, after studying the physical and chemical properties of pyrophyllite, it was found that pyrophyllite powder is smooth, has good fluidity, and is chemically stable. It not only has high refractoriness, but also has low thermal conductivity. Thermal insulation performance is good, its surface has a certain degree of hydrophobicity, so the pyrophyllite as a thermal insulation waterproof powder is an ideal raw material.
