介绍了6个H型铝合金挤压型材偏心受压试件和1个轴心受压对比试件在一次加载下的试验研究,考察了长细比和荷载偏心率对铝合金压弯构件面外稳定承载力的影响,数值计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。根据铝合金材料的特点,分别对弱硬化合金和强硬化合金进行了铝合金压弯构件力学性能的理论分析。基于理论分析的结果,推导了计算H型铝合金压弯构件面外稳定承载力的相关公式。与数值计算结果的比较表明,相关公式采用直线形式将偏于安全。
In this paper, six H-shaped aluminum alloy extruded profiles and one axial compression test specimen were tested under single loading. The effects of slenderness ratio and load eccentricity on the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy bending members External stability of the bearing capacity of the numerical results agree well with the test results. According to the characteristics of aluminum alloy material, the mechanical analysis of the mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy bending members are carried out on the weakly hardened alloy and the hardenable alloy, respectively. Based on the results of theoretical analysis, the formulas for calculating the out-of-plane stable bearing capacity of H-shaped aluminum alloy bending members are deduced. Comparisons with the numerical results show that the formula is straightforward and safe.
