Order of the Ministry of Railways of the People’s Republic of China No. 24 “Regulations on Administration of Railway Transport Income” was passed at the office of the 15th Ministry of Railways on December 29, 2005 and is hereby promulgated and will come into effect on the day it is announced. The Ministry of Railways issued the Provisions on the Management of Income and Payment for Railway Transport Payments and Transport (Order No. 13 of the Ministry of Railways) and relevant documents and electricity that contravened the provisions herein, and abolished it at the same time.
