目的查明引起此次食物中毒的原因,有针对性的采取预防措施。方法对就餐者、食物加工者及引起食物中毒的危险因素进行调查,采集可疑中毒物样品及剩余食物进行检测鉴定。结果事件中毒人员的发病潜伏期约2 h,进食者发病快、病情重,未进食者未发病。结论该起事件是由误食曼陀罗引起的食物中毒。
Objective To identify the causes of the food poisoning and take targeted preventive measures. Methods Diners, food processors and the risk factors causing food poisoning were investigated. Samples of suspected poison and the remaining food were collected and tested. Results The incidence of poisoning incidents incubation period of about 2 h, eaters fast onset, severe illness, non-eaters were not affected. Conclusion The incident was food poisoning caused by eating mandarin.
