本文研究了Ag-Cu-Ti 钎料中活性金属Ti 的含量对润湿性及接头性能的影响,确定含Ti3%时直接钎焊Si_3N_/钢时效果最好。为改善接头强度而进行了加入中间层的研究,结果证明,软金属中间层有明显的降低接头热应力,提高接头强度的作用.而以线膨胀系数与Si_3N_4相近的金属作审间层时效果较差。采用热弹塑性有限元方法计算和分析了带有各种中间层的接头应力状况,与试验结果进行了对照。经SEM,EDX 及EPMA 分析研究可知,钎料中活性元素Ti 向Si_3N_4中扩散并在界面发生化学反应而生成几种N 与Ti 的化合物,从而形成结合。
In this paper, the effect of the content of active metal Ti in Ag-Cu-Ti brazing filler metal on wettability and joint properties was studied. It was found that the direct brazing of Si_3N_ / steel with Ti3% was the best. In order to improve the strength of the joint, the study of the interlayers has been carried out. The results show that the soft metal interlayers have the obvious effect of reducing the thermal stress and improving the strength of the joints, while the intermetallics with the metal whose linear expansion coefficient is similar to that of Si_3N_4 Poor. The thermo-elasto-plastic finite element method was used to calculate and analyze the stress state of joints with various intermediate layers, which were compared with the experimental results. SEM, EDX and EPMA analysis shows that the active element Ti in the brazing filler metal diffuses into Si_3N_4 and undergoes chemical reaction at the interface to form several compounds of N and Ti, thereby forming a bond.
