96Z330是用持久多抗小粒野生稻总DNA导入恢复系明恢63选育成的抗瘟性新品系。作者继续对新品系96Z330在湖南烟溪、云南保山和辽宁丹东病圃,用苗期病斑孢子层级,瘟斑面积日均增长率,苗期叶瘟严重度,穗瘟严重率四个有效组分作为评价指标进行抗瘟性鉴定,并同步进行白叶枯病、褐飞虱的抗性鉴定评价,初步认为,新品系96Z330与国内外报道的持久抗瘟性品种Moroberekan、湘资3150、Tetep及小粒野生稻具有相同的抗瘟性水平,并兼具多抗性(病、虫),可作抗性育种材料。
