选取3种由不同破碎生产线制备的再生骨料进行颗粒级配、表观密度、吸水率、压碎指标、含泥量性能试验,从骨料生产制备工艺线、堆积位置、与天然骨料对比等3方面分析再生粗骨料性能差异。结果表明:再生粗骨料性能符合GB/T 25177—2010《混凝土用再生粗骨料》的要求;相比上部、下部,位于堆积位置中部的骨料性能更优;附有清洗装置的生产工艺更为完善,能得到性能良好的再生粗骨料。
