随着大规模网络的激增,网络复杂性和异构性的特点日益突出,使得网络管理问题上升到网络建设的战略性地位。需求增长的同时也促进了网络管理技术的发展。在我国,由于网络应用在近几年才得到较大规模的发展,在网络管理的经验及技术上缺少积累,一些高等院校和科学研究机构虽有心研究却无网可管。
With the proliferation of large-scale networks, the characteristics of network complexity and heterogeneity have become increasingly prominent, making network management problems rise to a strategic position in network construction. The demand growth also promoted the development of network management technology. In our country, due to the large-scale development of network applications in recent years, there is a lack of accumulation in the experience and technology of network management. Although some institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutes have no scientific basis for their research, they have no control over them.
