本文选择了螺旋弹簧的最轻重量作为目标函数,在满足车辆动力性能要求的前提下,对单卷、双卷螺旋弹簧进行最优化设计。对单卷螺旋弹簧来说,这是一个具有多个不等式约束的三维非线性规划问题,可用随机试验法由计算机进行求解。对于双卷螺旋弹簧,还需增加等强度、等变形以及内外卷之间不致相互摩擦的间隙约束方程,利用同样方法进行求解。
In this paper, the lightest weight of the coil spring is selected as the objective function to optimize the design of the single-coil and double-coil coil springs under the premise of meeting the vehicle dynamic performance requirements. For a single coil spring, this is a three-dimensional nonlinear programming problem with multiple inequality constraints that can be solved by a computer using a randomized trial method. For the double coil spring, but also need to increase the strength, deformation and internal and external volume friction between the gap constraint equation, using the same method to solve.
