为探讨口腔粘膜下纤维性变(OSF)中胶原堆积的原因,电镜下对OSF患者病变部位中的胶原纤维形态进行研究。结果显示:①胶原原纤维横断面:OSF早期“负染”胶原和管状胶原较正常增多,中期主要为“负染”胶原和管状胶原,晚期则绝大多数为“负染”胶原;②胶原原纤维纵切面;OSF早期以黑色纤维为主,中期黑白纤维混杂,晚期以白色纤维为主。研究结果提示:OSF的胶原纤维发生了变性。其程度随病变发展而加深。
To investigate the cause of collagen accumulation in oral submucosal fibrosis (OSF), the morphology of collagen fibers in the diseased parts of patients with OSF was studied by electron microscopy. The results showed that: ¢ 横Fibrillar fibril cross-section: “negatively-stained” collagen and tubular collagen in the early stage of OSF increased more than normal while “negatively stained” collagen and tubular collagen in the middle stage, and “negatively stained” collagen in the late stage; Longitudinal section of fibrils; OSF early black fiber-based, mid-black and white fiber hybrid, late to white fiber-based. The results suggest that: OSF collagen fibers have been denatured. The extent with the development of lesions deepened.
