我们在阅读德语科技文献时会经常碰到一些数字符号,虽然数字符号在国际上是通用的,但是在不同的语言中有不同的读法。一般来说,德语初学者对分数、百分数、小数以及常用数学等式(加,减,乘,除)的读法是不会有问题的,因为大多数语法书都有相关介绍。但是,有一些等式和符号日常较为少见,再加上我们德语学习者大都是文科出身,对数字符号可能不太留意,不知道读法也就不足为奇了。为此,笔者在科技德语教学和阅读中有意识的搜罗了下面一些,供大家参考:
We often encounter some numerical symbols when reading German scientific literature. Although the digital symbols are common in the world, they have different reading methods in different languages. In general, German beginners’ readings of fractions, percentages, decimals, and commonly used mathematical equations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) are not problematic because most grammar books are relevant. However, there are some equations and symbols that are rare everyday. In addition, most of our German learners are of liberal arts origin. They may not be aware of the digital symbols and it is not surprising that we do not know how to read them. To this end, the author of science and technology in German teaching and reading consciously collected the following for your reference:
