简支变连续T梁桥因其结构受力合理、行车平顺且成本较低等优点而获得青睐,并成为我国小跨径桥梁中的主要桥型。但是,根据统计资料及现场调研发现T梁桥在使用多年以后,翼缘板容易出现不同程度的开裂,影响结构的使用寿命及安全性,而翼缘板厚度不足或厚度不合理是导致其在超载等不利因素影响下产生开裂的一个重要原因。所以,文章以福建某简支变连续T梁为依托工程,建立ANSYS有限元模型,考虑不同翼缘板厚度的情况,研究分析翼缘板厚度变化对其应力状态的影响规律,确定变化的厚度值与翼缘板混凝土应力变化的关系,提出合理的T梁翼缘板抗裂厚度。
Simply supported variable continuous T-beam bridge is favored because of its reasonable structure, smooth driving and low cost, and has become the main bridge type in China’s small-span bridges. However, according to the statistical data and field investigation, it is found that the use of the T girder bridge for many years has led to various degrees of cracking of the flange plate, affecting the service life and safety of the structure. Insufficient thickness or unreasonable thickness of the flange plate causes the Overloading and other adverse factors under the influence of cracking an important reason. Therefore, the article relies on a simple continuous T-beam in Fujian as a support project, the establishment of ANSYS finite element model, considering the case of different flange plate thickness, the study of the variation of the thickness of the flange plate stress state of influence, to determine the thickness of the change The relationship between the value and the stress of the concrete in the flange plate, and put forward the reasonable T crack resistance of the flange plate.
