对水利工程中的大型液压启闭机油缸活塞杆进行了计算分析,在分析中考虑了油缸与活塞杆联接间隙所引起的几何变形和油缸活塞杆自重对杆轴横向变形的影响,依据固体力学基础理论对油缸活塞杆的受力与变形进行了定量计算推导,并结合工程实际给出了具体应用算例。该文中指出了目前水利工程运行管理人员对此类启闭机油缸活塞杆安全控制条件的误解。结果表明,考虑几何变形和自重影响的油缸活塞杆的受压问题应属于第二类稳定问题,由强度控制其安全性。研究结果有助于大型表孔弧门油缸活塞杆的设计布置,并指导电站现有油缸活塞杆的安全运行。

The research results contribute to the design layout of piston rod of large surface grate arc cylinder and guide the safe operation of the existing cylinder piston rod of the power station.
