中国机械工程学会热处理学会,委托河北工学院、河北省热处理学会和天津市热处理学会主办的“渗硼学术讨论会”于一九八○年九月十六日至二十一日在天津召开。会议由中国热处理学会朱源浦秘书长主持,河北省机械工程学会名誉理事长、我院付院长潘承孝教授,燕杰付院长及省市学会领导等到会祝贺。国内在渗硼科研方面做过深入工作的30个单位的56位同志,应邀赴会。另外,天津市、河北省近百名热处理工作者到会听了大会发言。
China Institute of Mechanical Engineers heat treatment, commissioned by Hebei Institute of Technology, Hebei Heat Treatment Society and the Tianjin Heat Treatment Society hosted the “boron infiltration academic seminar” in September 18, 1980 to 21 held in Tianjin. The meeting was hosted by Secretary-General Zhu Yuanpu of China Heat Treatment Society, honorary chairman of Hebei Institute of Mechanical Engineering, Professor Pan Chengxiao, Dean of Academy of Deans, Dean of Yan Jie Fu and leaders of provincial and municipal governments. 56 domestic comrades from 30 units who have done in-depth work in boronizing research have been invited to attend the meeting. In addition, nearly 100 heat treatment workers in Tianjin and Hebei Province attended the conference.
