悬挂犁机组进行耕地作业时,往往出现重耕漏耕现象,不仅影响耕地质量,而且影响生产效率。重耕漏耕主要涉及到机组耕宽稳定性。犁体受力情况见图1,每个犁体在水平面内的土壤阻力有犁体曲面的阻力R_(xy)及犁侧板的阻力F。 1.犁侧板磨损严重或太短,犁工作时不能保持平衡状态,产生漏耕。由图2可见,拖拉机悬挂机构的瞬心O置于犁的前方,某一瞬时悬挂机构d_1c_1c_2d_2呈平衡状态,使犁偏转的力矩之和为零,∑M_0=0,即R_(xy)·m-F·n=0。当土壤阻力变化时,使犁绕瞬心O转动,犁侧板对沟壁的压力也相应发生变化,达到新的平衡状态。若犁侧板磨损严重
