研究了稀土元素Ce对Al-18%Si-10%Mg合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在合金中添加适量的Ce对初生Mg2Si和初生硅都有良好的变质作用。当Ce添加到0.8%时,初生的Mg2Si颗粒由粗大十字状或者不规则的多面体转变成为细小规则的块状,初生硅和共晶硅颗粒的尺寸也减小。随着稀土元素Ce的添加,合金的抗拉强度和硬度均得到了提高,增幅分别为29.7%和15.8%。同时摩擦系数以及磨损量则逐渐降低,降幅分别为10.5%和74.5%。
The effect of rare earth element Ce on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-18% Si-10% Mg alloy was studied. The results show that the proper amount of Ce added to the alloy has a good metamorphism on the primary Mg2Si and primary silicon. When Ce is added to 0.8%, the primary Mg2Si particles transform from coarse cruciform or irregular polyhedron into small and regular lumps, and the size of primary and eutectic silicon particles also decreases. With the addition of rare earth element Ce, the tensile strength and hardness of the alloy have been increased, respectively, an increase of 29.7% and 15.8%. At the same time, the coefficient of friction and the amount of wear gradually decreased by 10.5% and 74.5% respectively.
