对气体雾化快速凝固AlFeCuVSiNiCeZr 铝合金不同尺寸粉末的组织和显微硬度进行了研究, 在细粉末中有球状弥散相形成, 基体无明显的组织特征, 随着粉末尺寸的增大, 组织从显微胞晶转变到片状共晶组织, 在> 97 ~125μm 的粉末中有大量针状平衡相形成。测定了不同尺寸粉末的显微硬度, 并对粉末的组织和硬度之间的关系进行了研究, 粉末的显微硬度主要受三种强化机制的影响, 不同尺寸的粉末, 起主要作用的强化机制不同。
The microstructure and microhardness of AlFeCuVSiNiCeZr aluminum alloy powders with different sizes after gas atomization were studied. The microstructure of the powders was spherical and the matrix had no obvious Tissue characteristics, with the increase of the size of the powder, the microstructure of the transition from microscopic crystalline eutectic sheet, in> 97 ~ 125μm powder with a large number of acicular equilibrium phase. The microhardness of powders with different sizes was measured. The relationship between the microstructure and hardness of the powders was studied. The microhardness of the powders was mainly affected by three strengthening mechanisms. Different sizes of powders played a major role in the strengthening mechanism different.
