目的观察微创颅内血肿清除术联合依达拉奉治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法将120例脑出血患者分为微创颅内血肿清除术联合应用依达拉奉组(微创组)60例和内科保守治疗组(对照组)60例,对照组采用一般治疗方法,给予甘露醇、甘油果糖、呋塞米脱水降低颅内压治疗,调整血压,防治并发症;微创组在对照组基础上给予依达拉奉(昆明积大制药有限公司生产)30 mg加入生理盐水100 ml中静脉滴注,2次/d,14 d为1个疗程,同时行颅内血肿微创清除术和(或)侧脑室前角穿刺引流术,比较两组疗效。结果微创组患者术后第7、第14天NIHSS评分结果明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创颅内血肿清除术联合依达拉奉治疗高血压性脑出血可明显减轻患者的脑水肿,减轻继发性脑损伤,促进其神经功能的恢复,改善患者神经功能。
Objective To observe the curative effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma and edaravone on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of cerebral hemorrhage were divided into minimally invasive intracranial hematoma (60 cases) and edaravone (minimally invasive group) 60 cases. The control group was treated by general treatment Mannitol, glycerol fructose, furosemide dehydration reduce intracranial pressure treatment, blood pressure, prevention and treatment complications; minimally invasive group was given on the basis of control group edaravone (Kunming Jida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) 30 mg was added saline 100 ml in the intravenous drip, 2 times / d, 14 d for a course of treatment, while minimally invasive intracranial hematoma and / or anterior chamber puncture drainage, compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results The results of NIHSS score on the 7th and 14th days in the minimally invasive group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma and edaravone combined with edaravone in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can significantly reduce cerebral edema, relieve secondary brain injury, promote recovery of neurological function and improve neurological function.
