随着全球经济一体化的推进,企业组织形式集团化、经营方向多元化、资本流动国际化、信息传递网络化的趋势进一步显现,企业新情况、新问题不断出现,企业原有的财务管理模式受到巨大挑战,必须进行创新转型,为此造就一大批与财务转型相适应的财务管理人才已迫在眉睫。本文通过分析财务人才的现状,对财务人才的转型提出了几点要求,并指出了一些问题和解决对策,希望能够为企业在财务转型方面提供一些帮助。
